Raychem Flexiclic Trace Heating

Raychem FlexiClic-FP is the brand new innovation in pipe frost protection heat-tracing. The modular self-regulating heating units provide ultra fast and flexible design and installation of the heat-tracing system, reducing total installed costs significantly.

The system can be easily extended by connecting two or more modules together either in-line or as a T connection. The modules click together and the electrical connection is made – speed and simplicity for the installer.

FlexiClic-FP comes with a complete range of accessories including power cables, end seals, and T-connectors for quick and easy
assembly. The system is also compatible with the Raychem range of standard and “Smart” control devices.

FlexiClic-FP provides high quality self-regulating, energy-efficient frost protection for the end user, whilst ensuring a fast, flexible and reliable installation every time.

Design phase

• Flexibility in design (Modules can be selected to suit the pipe length(s).
  
• The system allows in-line splicing, Tees, 3-way, 4-way, and 5-way connections.
  
• Simply combine the modules that match the pipe length.
  

Installation phase

• Modules are simply fixed to the pipe and “clicked” together for the fastest possible installation.
  
• Variances from the design (pipe length) can be addressed by adding or removing modules.
  
• The modular system can be easily used by installers without the need for specialist heat-tracing training.
  

Commissioning and use

• Electrical checks are expedited as the modules are factory checked at the manufacturer.
  
• The self-regulating heating modules adjust their heat output to match the needs of the environment, saving energy.
  
• The total system can be easily extended to suit future extensions to a building.
